Nacer Idrissi – Founding partner
Nacer founded Bolt Markets in 2011. It is now one of the main brokerage houses in the Exotic Derivatives space. During the financial turmoil of 2008-2010, he was in charge among other things in unwinding large portfolios of transactions to help banks reduce the risk exposure at the exotics broking desk he built at Louis Capital Markets. He has experience in trading from Rabobank International where he was in charge of single stock equity derivatives and prior to that structuring at Societe Generale.
Ricardo Santos Silva – Managing Director
Ricardo Santos Silva has over 10 years of experience within the European debt markets including roles covering debt asset management, leveraged finance, debt restructuring and workouts having been involved in numerous large-scale corporate restructurings and insolvencies. Prior to joining Bolt Markets, Ricardo spent 5 years at Egret Management (Debt Fund Manager of Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Bank) and 3 years with Espírito Santo Investment covering both Madrid and Lisbon where he worked on numerous transactions in a range of industrial sectors, structuring, underwriting and syndicating senior and junior debt. Ricardo began his career in 2002 with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria.
Mehul Derodra – Sales Trader
Mehul has been with Bolt Markets since inception working as a Sales Trader focussing on equity index and hybrid exotic products and developing the business. He has a solid understanding of complex structures and risk awareness through 7+ years of derivatives trading prior to joining Bolt Markets. At ING Bank he traded and structured multi asset hybrid exotics and provided tailored solutions to retail institutions, corporates and hedge funds. He has also traded all major European index markets at both ING and Dresdner Kleinwort.
Gregory-Henry Marbot – Sales Trader
Gregory-Henry joined Bolt Markets at inception as a Sales Trader on the equity index and hybrid exotic desks. He worked for 5 years at Societe Generale London performing hedge fund qualitative and quantitative analyses for the structured funds of Lyxor Asset Management and SG. Previous experiences such as structured products sales at Commerzbank and structuring Interest Rates and FX products at CIC have helped to build a comprehensive knowledge of derivatives and the hedge fund industry.
